Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above AED 100
- Orders below AED 100 may incur a delivery fee, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location and promotional offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable).
Customers with an account can also view order status through their account dashboard.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:

Damaged or Missing Items
